Star raising points and protection points did not increase

I would like to report this bug after winning 9 consecutive times on ranked match not a single drop of points for star raising and protection has been added. It would be frustrating to continue further because it would have been a lot of points accumulated. Please fix this and make the points retroactive, I have been warned that after the season ends bugs will be rampant and this is my first time encountering such one.

I see that the bug has already been fixed however what about the star raising points that should have been credited? Will it just be considered lost? Please make it retroactive thanks.
