So I have this one game where I played Harley and going up and down the lane to help my team mates. I was at the bot to push towers but when I looked at the map, our mid had only tower left because my team mates, Alucard and Zilong can't defend against natalia and Gord. So recalled and helped them. I stayed near the base to clear minion waves and defend  lanes. There was Miya who has 0-8-0 but has pushed two towers. Now, our enemies told us that only Miya knows how to play. I have 5-0-5 out of 15 total kills, not boasting or anything just proving a point.

In the situation stated above, is it okay to leave my team mates defending our base and push towers or take the risk of pushing and letting our lower towers die?

In that situation the best Defence is the best offence. Never ever leave the base far to go pushing unless you killed like half the enemy team. Then you can leave your teammates to be as a distraction while you steal turrets. Whenever one of your towers go down, always play more defensively. Also, creep pile and creep clash position matters A LOT. To avoid the Miya situation, always look at your map. Whenever you see creeps getting dangerously close to your tower, clear up that lane.

I'd say.. Push the enemy minions back first, on the lane where your tower is in danger, as far as you can, as quickly as possible (so when the enemy tries to push that lane again, you'll be able to see it and recall on time) then continue to rotate and reap wherever you are needed..

Really depends i guess, specially on enemies style on agressiveness with pushing and stuff

I guess I was the only one who did that except Miya of course who pushes lanes. Zilong, Alu and Cyclops leave minions behind attacking turrets and chasing our enemies and in the end gets ambushed.

Anyways, thank you for your opinion. I appreciate that.
