I think the default one is kinda good tho. I'm not an Argus pro yet so I couldn't tell...

I'm using it but I think I need cdr gear. Idk which gears tho.

Maybe try alucard build since imo they're similar

There's no suc;h thing as a "best build", you build that according to your play style and enemy lineup. I'll share you my build set though (currently at Legend 2stars)
CDR:  Haas Claws + Magic shoes + Berserker's Fury + Scarlet Phantom + Hunter's strike + Blade of Despair
Dmg:  Haas Claws + Warrrior boots + Berserker's Fury + Magic blade/ Immortality + Scarlet Phantom + Blade of Despair/ Malefic Roar( if enemies stack armor)
Tank:  Domi Ice + Magic shoes + Cursed Helmet + Demon's advent + Oracle + Heart of Steel
