Guide and Tips for The Mighty Legend GatotKaca

INTRODUCTION:

Gatotkaca is a powerful tank with magic damage skill that specialty in crowd control and engage. Among all the tank heroes in MLBB, Gatotkaca has the highest physical defense due to his passive skill ability. He has powerful defend skill that draw enemy attack him and counter damage to enemy that attack him within range. He has AOE skill that slow enemy down. He has powerful AOE ultimate skill that do massive damage and blow enemy into air. Gatotkaca is not really easy to master but lots of training, you will able play him as pro tanker. I strongly recommend all tank player must buy this hero, and I very sure you make him as your favourite tank hero.

SKILL ANALYSIS:

Passive Skill: Steel Bones



There is 2 attributes of Steel Bones,
1st attribute is convert % of lost HP into physical defense up to 250. This make Gatotkaca has the highest physical defense among tank hero.
2nd attribute is Gatotkaca received certain amout of HP regen when dealing damage to the enemies with higher HP with CD 6 secs.
Picture below show a small symbol showing 2nd attribute of Steel Bones skill is under CD and not avaiable to trigger.



1st Active Skill: Blast Iron First



This is Gatotkaca spamming farming skill. Gatotkaca release a straight line of decent aoe magic damage on specify direction. This skill has very short distance of attack. In order to hit the target, make sure get close to the target and cast the skill.

TIP: Spamming this skill help Gatotkaca farm fast but it also make mana run out fast. Make sure get some mana regen item or item that increase max mana.

Picture show player specify Gatotkaca's Blast Iron Fist attack direction. There is a sign showing attack direction and AOE.


Active Skill 2: Unbreakable



Gatotkaca defensive skill that draw enemies within skill radius, forcing them attack Gatotkaca and then counter them. This skill do massive counter damage enemies that deal a lot damage. There more damage enemies done to Gatotkaca, the more counter damage enemies received.

TIP: This skill can use to cover teammate hero that under attack by enemy.

Active Skill 3 aka Ultimate Skill: Avatar Of Guardian



This AOE ultimate skill do massive damage and knocking enemies within target attack are from long distance. There is 2 drawback of this skill, long CD and casting time takes 1 sec. If not using on the right timing, enemies stand chance to escape/avoid being targeted.

TIP: Use this skill on correct timing is very important, best use when enemies under negative effect like slow , freeze , stun and etc.

Picture below show Gatotkaca is going to strike using  Avatar Of Guardian skill. There is 2 blue rings showing AOE of this skill. Enemies in inner ring will kocked into air for longer time.


SKILL COMBO:

For jungling or farming:
Keep spam skill Blast Iron First.

For team fight:
If enemy under negative buff like like slow , freeze , stun and etc, cast skill Avatar Of Guardian first to knocked enemies into air. Then cast skill Unbreakable to force enemies attack Gatotkaca. Then cast skill Blast Iron First to enemies direction. Then keep spamming  skill Blast Iron First and skill Unbreakable when available to cast.

If enemy not under enegative buff, use battle spell flicker teleport into mid of enemies crowd (best is teleport to damage dealer) and cast skill Unbreakable to force enemies attack Gatotkaca. Then cast skill Avatar Of Guardian first to knocked enemies into air. Then cast skill Blast Iron First to enemies direction. Then keep spamming  skill Blast Iron First and skill Unbreakable when available to cast.

BATTLE SPELL:

I recommend use flicker because Gatotkaca is low mobility. Flicker also can be use to combo with Gatotkaca skills during team fight.

EMBLEM SET:

I recommend use Tank emblem set because Gatotkaca is a tanker.

ITEM SET ANALYSIS:

Item set:


Analysis:
1.Curse Helmet: Cheap to assemble. Increase hero max HP and magic defense. Increase hero dps using item passive-Burning Soul. Good for offend and defend.

2.Warrior Boots: Increase hero movement speed and physical defense.

3.Immortality: Increase hero max HP dan magic defense. Item passive allow hero resurrect and escape.

4.Blade Armor: Greatly increase physical defense. Item passive - counterstrike work combo with skill Unbreakable.

5.Demon's Advent: Increase physical defense, max HP, and decent HP Regen. Item passive - Deter will reduce attack power enemy that attack Gatotkaca.

6.Atherna's Shield: Increase max HP, magic defense and decent HP Regen. Item passive - Refuge give Gatotkaca damage-absortbing shield that refresh every 30 sec.

7.Thunder Belt: Increase magic damage power, max HP, max Mana, physical defense and decent HP Regen. Item passive - Thunderbolt deal true damage and slow down enemy.

8.Magic Shoe: Increase movement speed and give decent CDR. Good for reducing CD Gatotkaca ultimate skill CD.

9.Clock of Destiny: Greatly increase magic damage power. Increse max HP and max Mana. Item passive-Time, add 30 max HP and 5 magic damage power every 30 secs up to 300 max HP and 50 magic damage power. Item passiv-Reincarnate, hero receive 5% magic damage power dan 300 max Mana after 5 mins item being assemble.

10.Oracle: Increase max HP, give decent HP regen, give 10% CDR. Item passive-Scream, within 4s after hero being attacked, hero get HP regen 4%.

11.Heart of Steel: Increase max HP, physical defense, give decent HP regen, and reduce critical strike rate on enemy that attack Gatotkaca.

TIP: For set 1, buy mana regen neckleus at early game to avoid situation out of mana.
