Great players for Match-Up and Rank needed

I have recently created a squad called "A9" and we are looking for great players to join our team.

I play in the North American server and my time zone is CST.
Play daily for the most part, mainly at night between 9:30pm - 12:30am and sporatically during the day hours.

What im looking for:
18+ who understand MOBA strats
60%+ win rate (Not asking for much here since my own is around 62% from mainly solo play in match up and rank.  Damn afk and "lag" players.)
Can play around the same time a few days a week.
Does not beg for skins.
Has a good attitude and is not a instigator on chat.
Multiple characters to choose and play spanning all hero types (must have good skills with at least 1 tank, mage, fighter, assassin, and ADC).

Please do not comment or add me if you fall below any and all of these criteria.  
I have had multiple players in the past add me with 40% win rates and thats just not what im looking for.
If i am able to solo 60% win rate on my own having no conception of any MOBA strats when i first started playing this game, then I need people on the same level or bettter than I am.
This is my first MOBA ever played and i've have become quite accustomed to the game play and strats.

:D I changed my setting for level requirements.  You should be able to search for our squad.
I had trouble finding your ID when searching.
