why he could buy "+10 mana regen" on early game as much as it? I honestly feel jealous because he can spam healing skill for his teammate

That normal :/ .it only cost 120 gold per item, 6 cost 720 gold.

It's Brawl mode, you have more then enough gold to start out with that.

120(cost the item regen mana) x 6 =720 (of 800)

your items cost
120 + 300 = 420 (of 800)
